Pricing Packages: (Venue capacity: 50 guests)

3 hours – $250

4 hours – $350

5 hours – $450

8 hours – $1,000

The pricing is based on the number of hours you'd like to use the venue for. When booking, you'll be reserving the bottom level of the venue only. The second level can be added for an additional fee of $200.00.

Bottom Level (Included with Booking):

  • Setup for up to 24 guests

  • 2 bathrooms and kitchen/prep area

  • 3 - 60-inch round tables

  • 1 - 8ft buffet table

  • 1 - 6ft rectangle table

  • 24 white chairs

  • Mobile bar cart

  • Access to wooden backdrop wall

Additional Fee of $200.00.

Top Level(not included with booking):

  • Full access to both the Top and Bottom Levels

  • Comfortable couches and loveseats

  • Elegant stationary bar

  • Stylish accent chairs and benches

  • 4-5 high-top tables with a mix of chairs and bar stools

Additional Fees:

Extra guests: $7.50 each for chair/table

Please note: Table linens are NOT included. Also, the booked timeframe reflects when you may arrive at the venue. Early access to the venue for setup is not permitted. Please keep that in mind when choosing your timeframe.

Available Time Slots

Morning:           8:00am to 12:00pm

Mid-Day:           1:00pm to 5:00pm

Evening:            6:00pm to 11:00pm

Different Times Slots can be requested if Packages are 5Hrs or more.
